Client Services Representative
Performs all duties required of a Client Service Representative including answering multi-line phone system and assisting with all client service issues. As a member of a professional medical laboratory, be a team player who works well with colleagues and contributes to the overall effort.
Qualifications
Minimum:
•Education/Diploma/Degree: High School Diploma or equivalent
•Experience: None Required
•Training: None Required
•Certification/License: Valid Driver's License
•Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Typing, computer, and proper telephone etiquette required

* Ability to handle multi-line phone system
* Ability to master new software systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage client calls in a calming, cheerful and knowledgeable manner.
