Dr. Jeffrey Brown received his M.D. from the University of Michigan Medical School, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Although he initially trained in urology at Temple University in Philadelphia, he eventually found his true passion to be in pathology. He completed his residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, NY, and then traveled to Italy where he was Honorary Fellow of Surgical Pathology for one year at the University of Bologna. Finally, he completed a one year fellowship in GU pathology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, under the guidance of reknowned GU Pathologist, Dr. Mahul Amin.
Dr. Brown joined the Avero Diagnostics team in July of 2009.
